Job description7+ years of experience in UX / UI design with a focus on enterprise applications. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules). Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar). Understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards. Ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled UX Designer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in designing user-centric solutions, optimizing business applications, and delivering intuitive experiences across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective UX / UI solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to gather insights and improve solution design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups ensuring consistency with Microsoft design guidelines.
- Enhance workflows, dashboards, and forms within D365 CRM for improved user adoption and efficiency.
- Work on cross-platform integration and ensure seamless user experience across CRM, Power Apps, and other connected systems.
- Provide guidance on UX best practices and contribute to the product roadmap from a design perspective.
