Installation lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Supervise on-site installation works, including walk-down inspections of installed and completed turbines and verification of incoming goods.
• Support the Installation Manager to ensure QA standards are met and provide guidance to installation contractors.
• Participate in Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) processes as required or directed.
• Adhere to established quality processes and procedures.
• Report safety or schedule-related issues promptly using the designated online communication tools and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure all corrective actions are implemented in accordance with communicated directives.
• Maintain Job Site Books with complete and accurate records of all site activities.
• Provide required information for E-DSR reports following communication guidelines.
• Maintain assigned vehicles responsibly, ensuring proper use and upkeep.
• Execute assigned retrofits as per the RFR process.
• Manage time and allocated resources effectively to achieve site goals and objectives.
