Job Description
We are looking for an
IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of IT field services, including
end-user support, network support, and desktop support roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent
communication skills in English, be adaptable to work in any shift (including nights), and have experience using platforms like
Field Nation and WorkMarket for sourcing field engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit IT field service professionals (End-User Support Engineers, Network Support, Desktop Support).
- Utilize Field Nation, WorkMarket, and other platforms to engage field engineers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business needs.
Requirements
- 1+ years of IT recruitment experience (preferably in field services).
- Strong understanding of end-user support, network support, and desktop support roles.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with Field Nation, WorkMarket, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ready to join immediately.
