About The Role

The Process Excellence Executive will play a key role in capturing, analyzing, and improving business processes across the organization. The role focuses on process documentation, workflow mapping, and supporting process improvement initiatives through data and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for simplifying complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping for business functions such as Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
• Work with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture the 'As-Is' process and design optimized 'To-Be' workflows.
• Develop clear and standardized process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and RACI matrices.
• Use tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or Draw.io to create visual process maps.
• Identify process inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Support the Process Excellence team in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track progress of process improvement initiatives and maintain process repositories.
• Provide support in audits, training sessions, and process governance reviews.
