Role Description :

The Head of Planning plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects within the organization. This leadership position requires a strategic approach, strong analytical skills, and exceptional project management abilities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The incumbent will collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources effectively, and drive projects forward. This role requires a Ba chelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field of Construction Management, along with extensive experience in construction planning and management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in project management tools and software. A certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards are highly desirable.
