As a Solutions Sales Consultant / Manager, you’ll be responsible for business development and new logo sales across MSP and SOW solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional skilled in multi-solution selling who can bring fresh insights, challenge client thinking, and create tailored workforce solutions.

You will develop and execute sales strategies that drive significant growth in revenue and profitability while acting as the voice of the customer, bringing feedback and innovation needs back into the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that represent KellyOCG’s full capabilities.
  • Acquire new clients by creating differentiated, value-driven workforce solutions.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to deliver win–win outcomes for clients and KellyOCG.
  • Partner with operations, product, and finance teams to design profitable, scalable solutions.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships across client organizations to support long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in complex solution sales (MSP, SOW, or related workforce solutions preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to influence C-level and senior stakeholders with tailored insights.
  • Strategic thinker with financial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
