Senior Equipment Engineer Wanted
We are seeking a seasoned equipment engineer with expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of CMP applied Mirra Mesa tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of CMP applied Mirra Mesa tools with 3-7 years of experience required.
- Deep understanding of corrective and preventive maintenance of 200 / 300mm applied materials Mirra Mesa tools needed.
- Hands-on experience in Titan head rebuild and consumable replacement necessary.
- Ability to perform UPA and robot calibration procedures independently required.
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of CMP equipment.
- Tasked with PM planning, consumable procurement, and parts management.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of slurry delivery system.
- Capable of complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving tool issues.
- Knowledge of CMP process an added advantage.
