Key Responsibilities :
- Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
- Assist customers with queries related to telecom services (mobile plans, data issues, billing, network outages, upgrades, etc.).
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide accurate information or escalate complex problems.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone with customers throughout the conversation.
- Adhere to process guidelines and achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to meet team performance goals.
