Ruby on Rails Developer

Position : Sr. Developer – Ruby on Rails with Angular

Experience : 5+ years (Hybrid)

Location : Chennai / Mumbai / Ahmadabad

Shift timings : 12PM to 9 : 00 PM (ONE WAY CAB)

Job Description :

• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Ruby / Ruby on Rails
• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Angular, HTML5, CSS and Communication with RESTful web services from JavaScript
• Vast experience in building and scaling distributed, highly available system
• Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and social skills
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
• Experience with Redis / Memcache based caching, RDBMS engines ( Postgres )
• Using the latest front-end technology, creating adaptable interfaces for online apps
• Ability to provide basic server support as it relates to web development (IIS, DNS, permissions)
• and work with our networking team for more advanced server configuration / support
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Evaluate and propose improvements to existing system
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting
• these for architectural review
• Contributions to Open Source projects would be a plus
• Prior experience on working with US Healthcare domain preferable
• Experience on Agile / SCRUM methodologies with be added advantage.

Education : BE - Computer, Computer science, Information technology or related field
