Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth bookkeeping operations within Zoho.

šŸ’¼ Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial entries in Zoho Books
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Handle invoices, bills, payments, and expense tracking
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Identify process improvements within the accounting workflow

šŸ§© Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
  • Strong expertise in Zoho Books (required)
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    • ā­ Bonus Skills :

  • Experience with other Zoho Finance apps (Zoho Inventory, Zoho Payroll, etc.)
