As a Global Contract Life and Wellness Coach, you'll partner with members in a safe and non-judgemental space, fostering exploration, self-discovery, and growth. You'll assist adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to overcome common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.

You'll conduct tele-coaching sessions to help members develop the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change. This role requires cultural competency and empathy, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities include :

• Delivering personalized coaching sessions to support members' growth and development.
• Partnering with members to set and achieve goals, promoting confidence and motivation.
• Facilitating exploration and self-discovery to empower members to make positive changes.
