Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development : Create visually compelling and high-impact presentations using advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides , ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual storytelling best practices.
• Creative Asset Production : Design and develop a wide range of creative materials including marketing collaterals, booklets, UI / UX mockups, web layouts, social media graphics , and short promotional videos .
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, align on creative direction, and deliver high-quality design outputs within timelines.
• Client Communication : Engage directly with clients to interpret their design requirements, offer strategic design insights, and ensure deliverables effectively communicate their intended message.
• Design Oversight & Mentorship : Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to junior designers, ensuring their work meets established quality standards and aligns with project goals.
• Iteration & Quality Assurance : Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to review, refine, and finalize design solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations .
