Duties :
- Develop maintain quoted v / s converted business database to evaluate the success of our pricing levels / strategy.
- Co-coordinating with Marketing Executive Branch offices (Overseas Agents in Indias offices) regarding the rates, Meet turn-around-time for every pricing request.
- Negotiate for freight with Liners / Forwarders (FCL / LCL both) and share the same with the marketing persons on weekly basis. Co-ordination with carriers / feeder operators / agents for rates.
- Develop maintain pricing database for Air Ocean FCL / LCL both on an ongoing basis.
- Filing freights in lines and updating freights in system for Air sea both.
- Support to the seniors with analysis of performance data to facilitate management decision making.
- Generate Market Information and disseminate the same through relevant channels to sales.
