Role Summary :

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

✨ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies

✨ Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media

✨ Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process

✨ Negotiate and extend job offers, and maintain recruitment data

✨ Track and report recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process

✨ Promote a positive candidate experience and represent employer brand

Required Qualifications & Skills :

✨ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

✨ 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

✨ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools

✨ Strong sourcing and communication skills

✨ Analytical mindset and ability to track metrics
