We’re scaling up and looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand, not just through ads, but by building community, shaping online narrative, and driving awareness across platforms.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead influencer marketing end-to-end : from planning, vetting, and negotiating to execution and analytics, with 100% hands-on ownership.
- Run advertising on Meta platforms : strategize, create, and optimize campaigns that directly route traffic to Amazon listings (focus on conversion and awareness, not sales quotas).
- Build and grow a compelling brand presence across social media channels, driving reputation and engagement.
- Own YouTube Marketing : manage influencer partnerships, produce brand-centric content, and expand our YouTube footprint.
- Collaborate with creatives, leadership, and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns that reflect Buildskill’s personality.
- Consistently innovate in messaging, partnerships, and tactics to keep the brand ahead of trends.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign outcomes—always identifying what clicks with our target audience.
- Actively shape the brand narrative—this is a pure marketing / brand-building role with zero sales targets or revenue responsibility.
Requirements
Who You Are :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Complete fluency and hands-on experience in influencer marketing—can independently run campaigns and measure ROI.Deep, current knowledge of Meta ad platforms (especially Instagram and Facebook); experience in steering paid traffic to Amazon or third-party listings is a must.Strong practical and strategic background in social media brand building (not just posting—building culture and visibility).Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing campaigns for brand growth (preferably with tangible examples / case studies).YouTube marketing savvy—hands-on experience managing channels, content, and influencer campaigns.Creative, energetic, collaborative, and always eager for faster, smarter brand growth.Benefits
