The HR Executive will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy at Food Whisperer. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the company’s growth in the food and hospitality sector
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end hiring process : job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management, support payroll inputs
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and generalist functions.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic food & hospitality environment.Competencies
