Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Partnerships Director to own and manage our Microsoft Partner Program.
Responsibilities
- Access Management : Partner with Technology to ensure seamless access management, including AOBO and customer relationships.
 - Commercial Marketplace Solution Management : Oversee listings, readiness, health, and conversion of commercial marketplace solutions.
 - Lead Tracking and Referral Submissions : Collaborate with Sales leadership on lead tracking, referral submissions, and data quality.
 - Claim Submissions and Incentives : Work with Marketing and Finance teams on claim submissions, incentives, and earnings tracking.
 - Azure Revenue Tracking : Monitor and recognize Azure revenue, translating influenced consumption into partner metrics.
 - Issue Resolution : Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving issues and providing insights on Partner Center benefits and co-sell motions.
 
Requirements
Expertise : Proficient understanding of Microsoft's partner programs and experience in managing complex programs at an organizational level.Industry Experience : Proven track record working with global system integrators (GSIs) and exposure to top-tier software companies, ideally Microsoft.What We Offer
