We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to head our drafting and 3D modelling function, bringing strong expertise in Advance Steel and SolidWorks . This leadership role requires guiding a team, delivering complex designs, and collaborating closely with the pre-sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the drafting / design team.
• Oversee FRP (composite) structure modelling using Advance Steel and SolidWorks.
• Guide technical decisions on connections and fabrication.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

An ideal candidate would have knowledge of CAD software, preferably Advanced Steel and SolidWorks, and experience in Steel Structure Design, along with team management experience.
