This full-time remote role is ideal for professionals with 0–2 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management for online quantitative research studies—from kick-off to delivery.

Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded.

Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays.

Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility.

Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes.

Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

✅ Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research.

Fair understanding of research methodologies, online sampling, and panel management tools (API / DIY platforms) would be an add on.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in managing project dashboards, client communications, and internal reporting.

Ability to interpret data accurately and provide insights in client-facing discussions.

Willingness to work in US (EST-PST) time zone.
