- As a recent MBA graduate (Batch 20212023) with 13 years of experience, you will be instrumental in driving end-to-end recruitment, aligning talent strategy with aggressive organizational goals, and supporting key HR initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.

1 to 3 years as an HRBP or TA SpecialistEducation (Mandatory) : MBA from a Tier 1, 2 Institute (Batches 2021, 2022, or 2023)

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Leadership :
Recruitment Strategy : Drive the entire talent acquisition lifecycle across diverse retail functions, including store operations, corporate roles, and specialized teams.Pipeline Development : Proactively build strong, sustainable talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies to meet current and future organizational demand, especially for high-volume and critical roles.Stakeholder Management : Effectively manage expectations and drive accountability with senior business leaders throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.Business Alignment & Strategic Alignment : Serve as a trusted advisor to designated business teams, partnering directly with leaders to align current and future hiring needs with specific organizational growth goals and talent gaps.
Workforce Planning : Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic workforce planning and organizational design changes.HR Initiative Support & Strategic HR Support : Actively support and execute strategic HR initiatives beyond TA, which may include performance management cycles, compensation planning, and talent review processes.
Engagement & Culture : Collaborate on programs focused on employee engagement, onboarding excellence, and fostering a people-driven, energetic culture.Candidate Educational Foundation : Mandatory MBA qualification from Tier 1 / 2 B-schools (Batch 20212023).
