Job description3–8 years as Business Analyst or Technical Analyst. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets formulas, App Script basics preferred). Ability to write user stories, workflows, test cases, and requirement documents. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical / problem-solving ability.

Business Analyst / Technical Analyst – Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow charts, and SOPs.
- Support the Solution Architect with feasibility analysis and functional / technical clarification.
- Collaborate with Google Workspace teams (Sheets, Forms, Drive, Gmail) and assist developers with logic, rules, and edge cases.
- Perform preliminary testing, validate results with users, and support UAT.
- Maintain documentation repositories and track issues, dependencies, and risks.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
