Duties and Responsibilities :

Implement and maintain java application phases
Identifying production and non-production application issues
Transforming requirements into stipulations
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
Develop, test, implement and maintain application software
Maintain standards compliance
Write well designed, testable and efficient code, Involving in code reviews.
Good at troubleshooting Customer / Field Issues and scenarios
Develop technical designs for application development
Document and maintain software functionality.

Basic Qualifications :

BE / BTech / MCA / MTech degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field is preferred.

3 Years of active experience is must to have.

Mandatory hands-on experience on Java, Advanced Java, Hibernate, Struts, SOAP web services, Message Queuing are required.

Knowledge on software analysis, programming, testing and debugging is required.

Implementation of the product's lifecycle : Design, development, quality, deployment and maintenance

Good development experience on IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ)

Develop application code for java programs

Good development experience on IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ)

Preferred Qualifications :

Recommend changes to improve established java application processes

Clearly and regularly communicate with technical support colleagues

Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary

Knowledge on shell scripting and experience on Linux OS variants.

Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively

Good at implementing back-end services.

Excellent communication skills.

Critical thinker and good problem-solver.

Success Criteria :

Candidate should be able to work on Java development and have good understanding in implementing Backend services.

Should be able to identify issues and implement changes.

Possessing of Good skills in Java, Hibernate, Struts, Messaging services, web services.
