Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).

Configure UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer , and Service Catalog items .

Develop and maintain custom applications , integrations , and REST / SOAP web services within the ServiceNow platform.

Perform system upgrades , patches , and ensure platform stability and performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.

Work with the ServiceNow platform owner to enforce governance, security, and compliance standards .

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support.

Create and maintain technical documentation , including solution designs, user guides, and SOPs.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.

Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer working on ITSM modules .

Strong proficiency in JavaScript , Glide API , and ServiceNow Script Includes .

Experience with Service Portal , Flow Designer , Catalog Builder , and Workflow Editor .

Deep understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.

Experience with REST / SOAP APIs , MID Server integrations , and third-party tool integrations .

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow customization , form design , and UI configuration .

Familiarity with Update Sets , Scoped Applications , and System Properties .

Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
