Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Recruiter with 4+ to 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in diverse engineering verticals such as Medical Devices, Pharma, Automotive, Aerospace, Electrical, and Embedded Systems . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of niche engineering roles and the ability to identify and engage top technical talent across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding requirements to offer closure.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and project leads to define job requirements for highly specialized technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, Dice, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals .
• Screen resumes, conduct technical assessments, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain strong pipelines for roles in R&D, design, validation, testing, embedded systems, quality assurance, and manufacturing .
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and regulations across various industry sectors.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-drop ratio, candidate engagement rate).
• Support employer branding activities and build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
