Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a First Article Inspection (FAI) Engineer, based in Vadodra. The FAI Engineer will be responsible for conducting first article inspections of components, reviewing manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with specifications, and generating detailed reports. The Engineer will work closely with quality control teams to identify and resolve any deviations in processes or products. Tasks may include documentation review, coordination with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Should have experience working in Aerospace Domain

Validate correctness all the dimensions mentioned in Technical Instructions 'IT' to engineering

Ballooning of engineering documents for FAI

To prepare FAI Form – 1, 2 & 3 using Ideagen

Verification of all the BOM material and its configuration.

Identify all the consumables in FAI Forms

Modification / correction of FAI forms as necessary.

Coordinate with ME on all the engineering queries identified during FAI forms preparation.

Read and understand the Drawing / Models / DMU and technical specifications

Basic CATIA knowledge
