Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
- Maintain and update all AMC records and documentation.
- Track contract start / end dates and initiate renewal processes in advance.
- Prepare and send AMC proposals and quotations to clients.
- Ensure all contracts are executed as per agreed terms and service levels.
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits as per AMC agreements.Coordinate with service engineers / technicians for site visits and service calls.Follow up on pending jobs and ensure timely completion.3. Client Communication
Act as a single point of contact for AMC-related queries and requests.Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly AMC status and service performance reports.Maintain service history, client communication records, and feedback.Monitor and analyze AMC performance metrics (e.g., response time, completion rate).5. Financial Coordination
Coordinate with the accounts department for AMC billing and collections.Track payment status and follow up with clients for pending dues.Assist in budgeting and forecasting AMC revenue.Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office / ERP / CRM systems.Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.Customer service orientation.Basic understanding of maintenance operations (depending on industry).Education
