Associate - Back Office Operation (Assessments)

JOB PURPOSE The primary objective of this role is creating, scheduling, and maintaining Assessment / s to achieve our business goals. This role will be instrumental in flawless execution and on- time delivery of exams conducted by ORGANIZATION across the clientele.

WORK RELATIONS

1) Content Management Team

2) Project Managers / Account Managers / Operations Managers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Primary interaction is within your team and your direct supervisor.

2) Should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented.

3) Ensure that all Pre-Exam activities / Post Exam activities are adhered to as per timelines to ensure compliance to SLA.

4) Mapping the data based on the requirement / customer Enabling client to counter any content related representations from test takers or public at large.

5) Provide support for exam day activities and provide clarifications on issues / concerns raised by on Frontend operations team.

6) First Level QC on the pre-exam date wise data and ensure no deviations and error free data processed for the exam day.

7) You will be working closely with team members to effectively deliver on the requirements.

8) You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.

9) Good organizational and time-management skills.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

1) Graduate in any field with industry related experience in similar role with an experience to support both academics and industrial setup.

2) Experience of about 2+ years in scheduling and executing exam delivery process in corporate / industrial setup.

3) Having Knowledge about various competitive exams of India.

4) Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.

5) Extremely good at Planning, Scheduling and Execution.

6) Ability to analyze, learn, and perform under pressure.

7) Proficiency in MS office / EXCEL is a must.

10) Good Interpersonal Skills - ability to work in a cross-cultural set up
