Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR functions and office administration within a small to mid-sized organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Administration :
Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management.Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.Support travel arrangements, office maintenance, and asset management.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of operations.Maintain documentation, filing systems, and general correspondence.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Benefits :
