Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Collections Manager in Kreon Finnancial Services Limited's NBFC/BPO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections process to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding debt. This includes developing and implementing collections strategies, monitoring team performance, analyzing collection data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve disputes, improve collection efficiency, and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in debt recovery, account management, and customer relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance tracking
  • Effective team management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management within NBFC or BPO industries
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle complex cases with professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within NBFCs or BPOs, is highly advantageous
