Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Closing Team Leader in Real Estate. The Closing Team Leader will oversee the end-to-end brokerage and deal closure processes, lead and manage team members in achieving sales goals, ensure proper documentation and compliance, and collaborate with clients to close commercial real estate deals effectively. Additionally, this role involves active communication with stakeholders to streamline the closing process and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate processes
• Experience in Team Management and Leadership to guide and support team members
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
• Understanding of local market trends and regulatory requirements in Mumbai
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
