As our Senior Director of HR, you will report directly to CEO and partner with the Executive Leadership Team to lead strategic initiatives across talent, culture, operations, and compliance. This role is critical to Dyad’s next phase of growth and transformation. You'll develop and execute a people strategy that aligns with our evolving organizational goals, while driving cultural integration, engagement, and equity across geographies.

Compensation Range
