Senior Business Development Executive

Job descriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in media, influencer marketing, and talent management domains. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through research, industry events, outreach, and networking. Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized pitches, proposals, and solutions for potential clients. Represent Schbang in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting leads into active accounts. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify and capture new areas of growth. Maintain strong post-sale client relationships to support upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Minimum 3 years of business development experience in an advertising / digital marketing agency environment. Proven ability to close deals and bring in significant revenue through strategic outreach. Familiarity with digital media buying, influencer marketing, and talent-driven campaigns. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Mumbai-based candidates or those willing to relocate preferred. Work alongside some of the brightest minds in the digital space. Opportunity to build and grow strategic partnerships that shape the digital landscape.
