Shift : 2 PM – 11 PM (Fixed)

Working Days : 5 Days (Monday to Friday OR Wednesday to Sunday) – Flexibility Required

AIG Healthcare is expanding its US Accounting and RCM Finance team. We are looking for CMA-qualified professionals who are interested in building a long-term career in US Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Healthcare RCM Finance.

Who Can Apply

CMA (India) completed or pursuing, with strong accounting fundamentals

Interested in US Accounting and Healthcare Finance

Comfortable with 2 PM – 11 PM shift

Willing to work 5 days a week with flexibility in weekly offs

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and learning mindset

Key Responsibilities

Support US Accounting team in month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting

Work on US-based clients and healthcare accounting processes

Maintain books, journals, ledgers, AR / AP entries, and financial accuracy

Ensure compliance with US GAAP-based workflows (training will be provided)

Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related tasks

Participate in ongoing training for skill enhancement
