Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications of camera products.
- Provide expert advice to customers to help them select the right products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain the showroom's visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Keep inventory updated and report stock requirements to management.
- Stay updated on new products, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Promote additional services, such as accessories, extended warranties, or training sessions.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales reports for management review.
