Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and design-savvy Sampling Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to the development of premium menswear pieces that reflect the Hamptons aesthetic. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end sampling process ensuring high-quality execution timely delivery and alignment with brand standards. The position requires strong coordination skills with vendors embroidery operators and internal teams to bring each design to life.

Role & Responsibilities :

Develop samples aligned with the Hamptons aesthetic & brand vibe.

Source fabrics by coordinating with trusted fabric vendors.

Liaise with embroidery operators to ensure precise execution of sampling.

Manage the entire sampling cycle : from fabric sourcing embroidery execution finishing the final sample.

Ensure all samples are completed within designated timelines and with attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate :

Should have a keen eye for design detailing and trends.

Strong communication & follow-up skills with vendors and operators.
