Job Description

• As a business head / ops head you will play a critical role in the company's P&L growth, Manufacturing Efficiency, Profitability and Business unit success
• Identify and explore new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging markets in the Sheet Metal segments
• Drive overall production processes for Sheet Metal BU, lead continuous and operational improvement projects, and lean manufacturing principles across all facilities
• Financial and Strategic management along with strong People development and technical capability building for overall business unit
• Strong focus on Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain and Vendor Management while optimising relationships, ensuring strong audits and compliance

The Successful Applicant

• Overall 25+ years of experience with strong Mechanical / Automotive Engineering background with core exposure of Sheet Metal, Stamping and any other relevant product portfolio
• Candidate must have atleast 10+ years of Plant Leadership background, Operational & Financial Management background
• Strong exposure of building teams, scaling up manufacturing facilities, overlap with engineering and R&D functions will be desirable
• A management degree in Ops or Strategy would be a plus
