Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies tailored to a supermarket format.
- Design planograms, store layouts, and product placement guides for different categories (FMCG, fresh produce, beverages, household, etc.).
- Collaborate with store designers, architects, and management to ensure merchandising aligns with store design, lighting, and customer flow .
- Recommend and source fixtures, signage, and in-store branding elements .
- Ensure consistency with brand identity while optimizing space utilization.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser / Retail Space Designer , ideally in supermarkets, convenience stores, or FMCG retail.Strong understanding of planograms, category management, and shopper psychology .Knowledge of retail display fixtures, lighting, and signage .Ability to balance aesthetic appeal with commercial effectiveness .Strong communication and project management skills.Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.Deliverables
