Job Summary :

Part 1 Describe the Position

Summary : Drawing preparation for Detail Engineering work for the growth of Treatment Business.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

Auto cad Drafting for Detail Engineering of the waste water treatment plants / Sewage

treatment plants.

Required for detail engineering work and improvement on quality of design & detail drawings.

Design & Drafting Plot Plant Layout as per site location

Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD); Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID)

Preparation of Hydraulic Flow Diagram (HFD)

Preparation of Plant & Equipment Layout plan.

Preparation of Civil General Arrangement drawings sectional views etc.

Checking of Civil Foundation Drawings

Piping Layout Piping Isometric Drawing..

Preparation of Pipe Supports Design & Detail.

Preparation of Piping Bill of Material (BOM) with specifications.

Preparation of Skid layout & detail drawings.

Preparation of Vessel & Tank Fabrication drawings.

Good knowledge of mechanical equipment Like Pumps Blowers Grit / Thickener Mechanism Hoists etc.

Part 2 Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience)

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience
