📍 Location : Bhayala, Gujarat

💼 Experience : Minimum 12+ years in solar plant maintenance, operations, and team management

About the Role

The Maintenance Manager (Photovoltaic Solar Plant) oversees the operational efficiency and reliability of the solar power plant. This role involves leading a team to manage preventive and corrective maintenance , performance monitoring , and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in solar systems, leadership experience, and proficiency in performance analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Maintenance : Ensure smooth and efficient operation of solar PV power plants through effective team and resource management.
  • Oversee Maintenance Activities : Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all plant components.
  • Lead the Team : Supervise, train, and mentor engineers and technicians to maintain high safety and performance standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose faults, coordinate with manufacturers and vendors, and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Prepare performance reports, maintain logbooks, and ensure proper technical and safety documentation.
  • Safety & Compliance : Enforce safety, health, and environmental protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, modules, and associated electrical equipment.
  • Leadership & Management : Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting tools.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Safety & Compliance : Deep understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related). Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience : Extensive experience in the solar industry, particularly in PV plant maintenance
