Role Objective :
To support the PMS Lead in managing performance data across different divisions by delivering accurate analytics, engaging with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.
️ Key Responsibilities :
Collect, clean, and analyse performance data to generate actionable insights
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure timely and accurate updates of PMS metrics across divisions
Assist in refining performance frameworks, KPIs, and review mechanisms
Support change management and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies :
1–3 years of experience in data analytics, HR analytics, or performance management
Proficiency in Excel, Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau, and data visualization tools will be additional advantage.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple divisions
Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
