📍 Location : PAN India

🕒 Experience : 5+ Years

Are you a passionate and experienced ServiceNow Developer looking to work on cutting-edge ITSM and ITOM solutions? Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and be part of a global leader in IT services and consulting.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and ITOM .
  • Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Implement and maintain CMDB , Discovery , Service Mapping , and Event Management .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with best practices.

✅ Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development .
  • Strong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
  • Proven experience with ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with MID Server and third-party integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory;

    • ITSM / ITOM certifications are a plus.
