We are seeking a highly driven Media Planner with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to join our dynamic team at SRV Media. The role demands strong analytical skills, campaign planning expertise, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver ROI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to achieve client objectives.
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify growth opportunities for clients.
- Recommend optimal channel mix, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage campaign performance against KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to maximize performance.
- Client Servicing & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely reporting.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable media plans.
- Present campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships by proactively suggesting innovations and solutions.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports highlighting performance, insights, and action steps.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards to track and measure ROI.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).2–5 years of experience in media planning and performance marketing.Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads Manager) .Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client servicing skills.Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
