Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain pension calculation logic within in-house tools and platforms.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C / C++ or C# to implement calculation rules.
  • Modify and optimize existing calculation logics based on business requirements.
  • Work extensively with Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros to support and automate pension calculations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to translate pension rules into functional

calculation logic.

  • Test, validate, and troubleshoot calculation outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow defined processes and best practices to build calculations from & Skills :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in C / C++ or C#.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros).
  • Experience in coding pension calculations in in-house tools or proprietary platforms.
  • Knowledge of the UK / US pension industry and related processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional Skills :
  • Prior experience in actuarial systems, pension administration platforms, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
