We’re seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer to spearhead our GenAI Code Initiatives. This is a hands-on, freelancing remote role focused on evaluating, improving, and advancing AI-driven code generation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Code Generation & Refinement : Write, evaluate, and refine complex code solutions. This is a hands-on technical role, not purely managerial.
• Code Validation : Design and implement advanced frameworks to rate and test model-generated code, including automated test suites and benchmarking systems.
• Code Quality & Efficiency : Analyze and enhance both human-written and model-generated code for performance, correctness, and maintainability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with research, engineering, and product teams to integrate evaluation insights and drive model improvements.
