Location : Kolkata, West Bengal

Manpasand Agro Food Pvt. Ltd., a leading Indian spice and food products brand, is expanding its presence in Modern Trade and Quick Commerce channels — and we’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead the way!

Position : Modern Trade & Quick Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies for Modern Trade & Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and ensure strong visibility & placement of Manpasand products.
Handle key account management with top modern trade retailers and online partners.
Plan and implement promotional activities and consumer offers.
Analyze category performance, sales data, and market trends to drive growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, marketing, and operations alignment.

Requirements :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.

3–6 years of experience in Modern Trade / Quick Commerce / FMCG Sales.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Prior experience with food, beverage, or FMCG brands preferred.
