MERN Architect

Position : MERN ArchitectLocation : BangaloreExperience : 7+ years overall, 3+ years in an Architect roleKey ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable and secure architectures for MERN stack applications.Define and implement CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Drive observability initiatives (logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting).Architect solutions leveraging AWS cloud services (ECS / EKS, RDS, DocumentDB, S3, etc.).Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical designs.Ensure database optimization and scalability with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL.Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to developers.Define best practices for coding, testing, deployments, and system performance.Mandatory SkillsStrong expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL .Deep understanding of Linux environments and system-level debugging.Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS Cloud .Knowledge of observability tools and practices (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, OpenTelemetry).Hands-on with CI / CD pipeline creation and automation (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).Strong understanding of microservices and service-based architecture .Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Good to HaveExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
