Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Technical diploma or degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and monitoring plant machinery, ensuring safety and efficiency in production processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and troubleshoot any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output and quality metrics.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors regarding plant operations and maintenance needs.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures.
