Chief of Staff to CRO

Location : Mumbai preferred / Remote (India)

Working Hours : US Pacific Time Zone (9 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM IST approximately)

Experience : 2-3 years in Chief of Staff / Account Executive

What You Will Do

1)      Strategic Support & Execution

• Serve as strategic thought partner to the CRO, helping shape and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Lead and manage high-priority cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic communications.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasting.
• Represent the CRO in internal and external meetings when required.
