Director of Artificial Intelligence

IDfy is seeking a seasoned AI Lead / Principal Engineer to drive impactful, production-scale AI initiatives across our pioneering TrustStack platforms (OnboardIQ, OneRisk, Privy). If you have 10-15 years of hands-on experience solving complex problems in Computer Vision, NLP, and GenAI and know what it takes to build and maintain high-performance systems at scale, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing :

As an AI Lead / Principal Engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our cutting-edge AI solutions :

• Solve Real-World Problems : Frame and solve complex, multimodal problems, primarily focused on fighting fraud across various geographies and modes.
• Full-Stack Production AI : Work across the entire AI platform spectrum : data acquisition, model training / fine-tuning, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancement.
• LLM & GenAI Expertise : Apply deep, hands-on expertise in LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG implementations, and model selection) for production use cases.
• Performance & Scale : Own performance tuning and optimization to maintain our high-performance, large-scale AI systems, ensuring reliability and scalability in production.
• Innovation & R&D : Collaborate on R&D to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, keeping our platform ahead of the curve.
• Engineering Excellence : Design and build robust solutions, including APIs, to expose AI capabilities reliably. Contribute to documentation and mentor team members on best practices.
