▷ [Immediate Start] Lead Specialist - Data Analyst(SQL)

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Expert to join our Metrics Reporting and Analytics team at Marsh. This role will be based out of Mumbai, India. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to :

• Develop, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and scripts to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure high data quality and performance.
• Support the development of management dashboards and reports using BI tools, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous validation and data governance practices.
• Automate report generation and data workflows to improve efficiency and timeliness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient SQL solutions.
• Document SQL code, data processes, and data governance standards.
• Act as the point of contact for SQL-related queries and process updates.
